Terms & Conditions
Draft terms for buying physical NFC review products from The Tap Back, a UK sole trader.
Who you are buying from
The Tap Back is the trading name of Nayla Abarca Baldassarre, SW17 8EA, United Kingdom. The Tap Back operates as a UK sole trader, not a limited company. The return address is supplied on request by email or WhatsApp. No limited-company registration or VAT status is claimed.
Products and linking
We sell the NFC Review Card and NFC Review Point in the packs shown in the shop. Both arrive ready linked to the Google Business Profile you provide. Check the product description, pack quantity and profile link carefully. The white design is standard; the profile-linking service does not automatically mean the goods are legally personalised.
An NFC-enabled phone is required. Google controls its own review service and may change its availability. We do not guarantee review numbers, star ratings, search rankings or sales.
Orders, prices and payments
Prices are shown in GBP. Orders are placed in the shop and paid online at checkout through a secure payment provider (Stripe); card details are entered on the provider’s own secure payment form and are not stored on this website. A delivery option is selected before paying and its charge is added to the order total. The point at which we accept an order still needs confirmation.
Before accepting an order, we must confirm the goods, quantity, full price including applicable taxes, any delivery charges and the agreed delivery arrangements. Customers must be able to correct errors before committing to pay and receive confirmation and terms in a form they can retain. Do not send full card details by email.
Delivery
Delivery is by post anywhere in the United Kingdom: £5.00 for 2–3 working days from dispatch (orders of up to 5 cards), or £10.00 for dispatch on the next working day when the order is confirmed by 11 am. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders above 5 cards: email hello@thetapback.com for a delivery quote. We programme and test every NFC card before dispatch to ensure your Google review link works correctly. For Next Working Day Delivery, your order, valid Google review link and all required information must be received and confirmed by 11 am on a working day (Monday to Friday). Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We’ll contact you if we need any additional information that could delay your order. For consumer sales, unless an alternative period is agreed, delivery is required without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract. Your statutory remedies for late or missing deliveries remain available.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond rights required by law. Qualifying consumers usually have a 14-day online cancellation period; see Returns & Refunds for the cancellation method, return timing and refund information. NFC programming alone does not automatically remove cancellation rights. Rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
Business buyers do not generally have the consumer cooling-off right. Any separately agreed business terms and other applicable law apply. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory consumer rights, fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
Insights enquiries
The Tap Back Insights is a separate, manually delivered service for card customers. Its scope and pricing appear on the Insights page. It can be added to a card order at checkout, or enquired about by email. Reports are prepared and delivered manually; no automated report generation is implied. Service delivery arrangements and any applicable cancellation rights must be confirmed before a service order is agreed.
Complaints and applicable law
Please email hello@thetapback.com with the issue and order reference, if available, so we can review your complaint. No response-time guarantee has yet been confirmed. You may seek independent advice or use the courts where applicable. These draft terms do not take away mandatory protections or a consumer’s right to bring a claim in a court available under the applicable law.
